‘Using
the combination of the words image, imagine and nation, I will explore the lost
nation of the imaginary friend’.
Imagination
is a word
that holds a lot of meaning. It just so happened, that it became my consciously
favourite word. The reasons for this are as follows. One, an Irish TV show,
two, the knock on affect this had on my thinking which in turn will lead to my
next project.
The very word itself holds more
power than I ever realized. Imagination can be made into the two words, image
and nation. Imagine a nation based on image. That is where we are now but not
on a conscious level.
We
are experiencing a great deal of change.
Some
people I know believe World War III is already ongoing. It would be hard to

Back
to the drawing board, it’s now fought with a combination. It is always the war of externals we
remember. We forget the systems we created internally, are the seed of our
wars.
Now
that I have depressed you, you might find yourself mildly aggravated with me.
Don’t worry, this is about to pass. You will now experience slight confusion as
well. Followed by a flint of delight as I ask you to write me a few short
responses, feel free to send along with this anything you wish.

The
concept deals with the voices in our minds. You know, the one reading this, the
one arguing against it and the one supporting it and the one whose off
somewhere else thinking of something important.
The
project is a theory that a good aid in mental health is the imaginary friend:
the one who supports you in whatever decision you make.
‘If you have an imaginary friend,
any action will be conscious,
And that can only be a good
thing,
